Adding EFTs and other payment methods to the Daily Statistical Summary

We're a hotel with a significant public service and wider public service client base that exclusively makes payments by EFT. Additionally, many clients on our functions side also prefer to make payments by EFT. 

We use an accounting software that reads the Daily Report and transposes the data. However, it is only capable of reading the Visual Matrix guest ledger and the Daily Statistical Recap (the 1st page of the Daily Report).

Would it be possible to add an EFT line to the Daily Statistical Recap (as well as an option to add other forms of payment as well, such as, statement credits)?
