Hello,

After experiencing the recent outage, it was suggested that downtime reports should be printed at certain intervals (ex: every shift, daily) to help in such unforeseen situations. However, this seems like a lot of paper and another added step for an already busy front desk team. Alternatively, is there a way for VM to automatically download a downtime report at certain intervals? Perhaps this can be downloaded to a specified folder on the broker computer or another computer.
