Exciting New Feature: Choose Your Confirmation Number on Reports!

We've heard your feedback, and we're excited to introduce a highly-requested feature: the ability to select which confirmation number appears on your reports.

Previously, reports showing a reservation confirmation number would display either the Visual Matrix number for locally created reservations or the third-party confirmation number (from the Channel Manager) for online reservations. The issue with the third-party confirmation number is that it often doesn’t match the OTA number, making it difficult to track and reconcile.

Now, you can choose to always display the Visual Matrix confirmation number on your reports. This option provides greater consistency, especially when dealing with reservations made through third-party channels.

To enable this, simply go to Property Settings > Parameters and turn on the option to show the VM number. Hotels that don’t enable this feature will continue displaying the third-party confirmation number, just as before.
