What is the best practice and or idea for stay-over housekeeping services?
Our problem is staffing, so we want to have stayovers to be seen for cleaning every 3 days, trash, and towels every day. Sounds simple right? What is the best way to organize this in the visual matrix and on the site on the property?
- is there a report we can look at the day of to let us know how many housekeepers we would need that day?
- how would you go about scheduling housekeeping? ( use a weekly schedule)?
We still do not have the housekeeping schedule we used to before, but it did not go well.
