I am a new GM at Best Western Nw Lodge and I am blown away that we are not able to overide some things. like there are many times a hotel will need to overbook the hotel in order to allow us to shuffle reservations around so we do not have to move guests unless absolutely neccessary. I can not believe that there is not a way to set up this option at least for management. Also I am not impressed with the lack of visual clarity when it comes to payments of all types. It is not the friendliest system in my oppinion. but I have to be able to overbook the hotel sometimes. I had to move so many guests this week because the system would not cooperate with me. It is not what hospitality is about. Please say you have a way to help me.
