Interface with CC Pin Pads and Key Encoders down

We have been having a problem with VM not being able to communicate with our pin pads and key encoders.  We opened a ticket last night on the audit, but we are not getting any response from support.  The chat function put us in a queue that was 5 spots long with a 50 minute wait.  Once we get to our turn, there is no response.  Anyone else having this issue?  Anyone else have a resolution?
