Manage my VM University Team from "My Space"

VM University allows you to act as the moderator for a group encompassing all your employees' accounts. Through "My Space," you can:
  1. View every account in the group.
  2. Track the progress of each user individually.
  3. Access all certificates.
  4. Invite new employees to VM University.
To create a group for your property and serve as its moderator, please reach out to the Knowledge Management team at university@visualmatrix.com with your property ID.
If an employee already has an account, provide their email to the Knowledge Management team so it can be added to your property group.

1. Log into your VM University Account - university.visualmatrix.com.
2. Click on "Access My Space".



3. Select "My Team" on the left side menu.

This section gives you access to learner's progress, all certificates earned and group details.



Monitor a Learner's Progress

4. To monitor an individual's progress, stay on the "Progress" tab and click on their name:



5. A new page will display with the learner's information.



Invite a New Learner to the Group

6. From the "Progress" tab, click on "Add Learners" or the "+" icon at the top right.



7. Complete the form and click "Add" at the bottom.


Creating a password for the learner's account is not necessary. The learner will receive an email with an enrollment link, allowing them to set up a password and complete their profile.
Utilizing a learner's personal email address is crucial as VM University account access is individual and not linked to any specific property. This allows for seamless transfer and continuous access if the learner moves to another property. For assistance with transferring learners to another group, please reach out to the Knowledge Management team.
