Our property has been using the new No Show function on VM Cloud since Jan 1, 2023, -- it's useful, but has been a frustrating experience so far. 

Other than the No Show report on the pre-audit checklist, and print-out from the reservation search with the status set to "No Show", there is no list of no shows, and no list of no-show accounts with a balance. 

I attempted to find the information needed via the in-house guest list with the "inc C/O with bal", However, as they were never checked in and VM Cloud notes them as CXL, the no-shows don't appear on that report. 

Is there a timeline for when the Supervisor No Show report or No Show option on the Supervisor Room History report will be functional?
