We have been running into an issue at several of our properties over the
last few weeks, but especially over the last few days. They seem to be
overbooking our rooms. I believe it is specifically through Synxis that the
overbookings are coming through. I have double checked that the overbooking % is set to 0. So I am not too sure why and how this keeps happening.
