paperless registration and folio with signature capture
Has anyone been able to eliminate hard copies of registration and guest folio as you have it captured via pin pads?
It would save so much time and effort when you have chargebacks. If you have it on your database you will not need to print and store all this paper.
Currently you can only capture it on guest registration but not on folio.
