Hello,

We have had a few instances where front desk clerks have been able to "check-in" in guests and make keycards without actually clicking the "check-in" button. Basically what happens is that the front desk clerk pulls up the reservation, proceeds to verify all fields, authorizes the credit card on file and then selects a room and makes the key cards without ever clicking check-in. Is there a way to prevent this from happening. Perhaps not allowing the rooms keys to be made or to proceed with authorization without checking the guest in?
