Visual Matrix URL Flow Update (app.vmcloudpms.com)

As of 6:00 AM CST today (Tuesday, February 17, 2026), Visual Matrix has updated the URL flow for Cloud PMS access.
When logging in through our main login page (login.vmcloudpms.com), users will now see: app.vmcloudpms.com after signing in, instead of the previous format: https://123456.environment.ui.vmcloudpms.com

What This Means for You
- The login process remains the same.
- After signing in, the browser address bar will now display app.vmcloudpms.com.
- If you previously saved a bookmark using the older URL format, it should automatically redirect to app.vmcloudpms.com once you are logged in.
- No action is required for most users. However, if you experience any issues accessing the system, we recommend navigating directly to login.vmcloudpms.com to sign in.
