Access Guest Interaction (GI) 🎥 (MOP 2.0)
From check-in to check-out, Guest Interaction allows enhanced communication between guests and the hotel team through the use of text messaging. If you are integrated with a PMS, GI is not part of the communication protocol.
Path: Go either to Add Tasks, Sq Unit or Reports > Click on the "Front Desk" button.
Click the CMS tab to go back to MOP.
Once in the GI page, use the filter options to narrow down your functions to a specific area, as well as download an Excel file and print some areas of the GI.

It is important to receive guest permission to connect and communicate through text messaging of Guest Interaction.
