Add an Activity to a Group (Cloud)

Path: Front Office > Group > Search and open the Group > Click on "Activities" in the toolbox on the right side.

1a. If there are no activities already booked, available activities for the given period will prompt in the new popup window. Double-click on an activity to start booking.
1b. If there are activities already booked, they will prompt in the new popup window.
2. Click on "New Activity" to book a new one.
3. Click on "Schedule" to see any activity already schedule.


Those activities are only added to the group master and will not be added to any picked up reservation. The activities will be charged on the Group Master folio, whatever is the Guarantee Type.

4. The details for the activities will prompt with the number of items available. Click on one date you want to book. Booking is only one day at a time. If multiple days are needed, the process will have to be repeated.
5. Click "Yes" in the popup message confirming the booking.



6. The detail of the activity booked will prompt the possibility of updating the number of items or adults/children (depending on the type of activity).
7. Click the floppy disk at the end of the line to Save the modification and update the totals.
8. Click on New Activity to add another one.
