Add Activity to Reservation (Cloud)

Activities represent services—such as bike rentals or golf sessions—that can be scheduled for a guest during their stay. You can add these directly from the reservation screen under the Activities tool, booking them on a per-day basis as needed.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and Open the Reservation

Instructions

1. Access the Activity Tool: Click Activities in the toolbox on the right-hand side.


2. View Existing Activities: Any previously added schedules for that reservation will appear.


3. Add a New Activity: Click New Activity, then double-click the desired activity from the list.


4. Schedule the Activity Date: Select the day on which you want to add the activity. You can only add one day/time at a time—repeat for additional dates.


5. Confirm the Addition: Click Yes to confirm the activity is added for that date.


6. Verify Activity: The activity will now appear under Activities Reserved on the reservation.

Idea
Repeat the process for multi-day stays by scheduling each day individually.
