Add Activity to a Reservation (Cloud)

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and Open the Reservation

1. Click on Activities in the right side tools.



2. Any existing Activities schedule for that reservation will show.
3. Click on New Activity to Schedule a new one.



4. From the list of available activities, double-click on the one that needs to be added.



5. Click on the days you want to add the activity for. You can only select one day at a time, you will repeat the process for the other dates.
6. Click Yes to confirm the addition of that activity for that day to the reservation.



7. The activities are now added to the reservation under Activities Reserved.
