Add an Activity to a Reservation (Desktop)

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search and Open the Reservation

1. Click on the Activities tab.

2. Any existing Activities schedule for that reservation will show.

3. Click on New Activity to Schedule a new one.

4. From the list of available activities, double-click on the one that needs to be added.

5. Click or Click and drag on multiple days, for the days you want to add the activity for.

6. Click Yes to confirm the addition of those activities to the reservation.

7. The activities are now added to the reservation under Activities Reserved.
