Add Notes and/or Picture(s) to an Open Task (MOP 2.0)


Adding notes and pictures to a task in MOP helps provide additional context, document issues, and improve communication between team members. This is especially useful for reporting maintenance concerns, documenting room conditions, or providing updates for supervisors.

When to Add Notes or Pictures

You may need to add notes or pictures when:
  1. Reporting a maintenance issue
  2. Documenting room conditions
  3. Providing additional instructions or updates
  4. Supporting task completion with visual proof

Add Notes and/or Pictures to a Task

Path: My Tasks

1. Open the Task - Click the eye icon on the left side of the task to open it.


2. Add Notes - Enter relevant details in the Notes field.
  1. Be clear and descriptive so others can easily understand the update.


3. Add Pictures - Click the "+" icon to upload picture(s) from your device (phone or computer).
  1. Images can help document issues or confirm task completion.


4. Save Your Changes - Click Save to ensure your notes and pictures are added to the task.
