There are only two possible scenarios for Admin appearing as the Clerk:

- The action was performed by an individual with Admin access, a privilege limited to Visual Matrix technicians.

Any reservation made online will come in as Admin in the Clerk field.

This is only because it was retrieved by Visual Matrix.

Same way if the reservation is canceled online, then the Clerk will also be Admin.

When a cancellation is done online and there is an advance deposit on the reservation, Visual Matrix will automatically use the method of payment used to post the advance deposit to make the refund.

As it is done automatically by Visual Matrix, the Clerk will show as Admin. Visual Matrix cannot post automatically an advance deposit, however, will make the refund in the situation previously explained.

As it is done automatically, there is a way to set up what amount you want to be refunded and/or forfeited in case of an automatic transaction.
