As previously announced, Visual Matrix has joined the ASG software family. We are excited about this next chapter in the history of our company.

Understandably, we know that our valued clients may have additional questions pertaining to the acquisition that we hope to address in this guide. 

How will the current Visual Matrix products be affected?

Our current product line, including VM Desktop, VM Cloud, and VM Mobile, will continue to be available to all properties. Visual Matrix is a proven, intuitive platform which serves more than 2,000 properties in more than 30 countries. As the leading PMS supplier for Best Western Hotels and Resorts, we remain committed to the success of every client property.
Deeper features and integrations will continue to be a priority for Visual Matrix. Despite the current Coronavirus pandemic, over the past year Visual Matrix has released future-forward features such as VM Revenue Management Live, VM Guest Texting, and new integration options for electronic lock and guest WiFi systems. Joining ASG means that our sister companies Transcendent and ProfitSword provide opportunities for even more valuable integrations on the horizon.

Will there be any changes to the current service level or existing customer contacts?

The Visual Matrix team remains available and committed to your success as a property owner and valued client. With the exception of our founder, David Awad, who will be transitioning out of the business, the same dedicated team of professionals is remaining intact and in-place to ensure the continued success of Visual Matrix and your property. Current and future clients can be assured that Visual Matrix joining the ASG family gives us a solid foundation to build even more on our already industry-leading commitment to service and support.

Will my pricing or contract with Visual Matrix be affected?

All current pricing and contracts remain unchanged. The underlying business entity has not changed, so all current customer contracts and pricing are still in effect.
