You can add a picture to a room number. Pictures are visible from the Expanded Room Rack.

Path: Management > Setup > Rooms > Room Setup > Available Picture (bottom right)

1. Upload the picture on the Server in the following folder: C:\ImageTech\VisualMatrix\Shared\Photos

2. In Visual Matrix, go to Management > Setup > Rooms > Room Setup > Available Picture (bottom right). Select a room number and check the picture to assign to this room number.
