After a room has been cleaned by the room attendant, its status can vary based on whether the room attendant is authorized to designate it as "verified" or "finished" for subsequent verification. In cases where the head housekeeper is required to verify rooms, assignments must be made for each room.
Path: Dashboard > Head Hkpr Room Assign
1. Click "Add".
2. A new room assignment line will be generated.
3. Choose the Head Housekeeper to whom you will allocate rooms. The assignments will be based on room range numbers, and a single housekeeper may have multiple assignment lines.
* To be included in the list, an employee must hold the position of "Head Housekeeper" in their employee profile.
4. Select the starting room number for the room range.
5. Select the ending room number for the room range. If you are assigning only one room, both the starting and ending room numbers should be the same.
6. Repeat the action as many times as needed and click "Save".
7. A green confirmation indicating that the assignment has been successfully created will appear in the bottom-right corner.
