If there isn't an automatic integration or interface with a PMS that sends room assignments to MOP, you will need to manually assign rooms to each housekeeper or room attendant in MOP, specifying their designated tasks and duties.
Previous day's room assignments will persist in MOP until new assignments for the current day are made, at which point the previous day's assignments will vanish.
Path: Dashboard > Add Tasks
1. If integrated with your PMS, select "Enter Task Manually." If not, this page is automatically skipped.
2. Room assignments are handled by the room attendant. Begin by selecting the first room attendant to assign rooms to.
The employee verification level (Self or Supervisor) will be automatically populated based on the employee's profile. Nevertheless, it can be modified here if needed.
3. Choose the duty type for assignment. You can select up to four different duties and use the same duty on multiple lines if necessary.
By default, there are four assigned duties: Due Out, Refresh, CheckedOut, and Full Clean. Additionally, there are 11 other duty types available for selection in the list.
The available duties are the following.
In addition to being a task, "disinfect clean" includes a checklist.
4. Enter the room numbers for each duty. You can input up to 15 rooms per duty line.
5. Click "Add Tasks" to assign the rooms.
6. Click "Add New" to select another Room Attendant.
