It's important to note that we do not execute a traditional "void" operation on the authorization. Instead, the approach involves sending a transaction with a zero-dollar amount, which effectively replaces the original authorization.

In credit card transactions, you may observe that the "Sent Amount" reflects as $0.00 in our system. This practice aligns with standard procedures for releasing authorizations, ensuring a smooth and accurate handling of credit card transactions during the check-out phase.
