Communication between Best Rev and Visual Matrix works as follow:
1. In BestRev, the user decides to accept a rate change recommendation;
2. CRS sends VM a notification that a new rate update is available;
3. VM responds back to CRS, acknowledging the notification;
4. VM requests the pricing data and offset data from CRS;
5. CRS sends VM the pricing and offset data;
6. VM creates a peak date based on the info received;
7. VM fires off rate updates to BW.
If Best Rev Rates are not updated online and the peak dates are not created in Visual Matrix, do a new update from Best Rev. It cannot be the same one. It needs to be a different rate, even $1 difference. Then do it again for the wanted rate.
If Best Rev Rates are not updated online and the peak dates are created in Visual Matrix, open a ticket with our Client Experience team to trigger a sync with Member Web.
