Message when trying to Add or Enroll a new BWR Member (BW)


The reservation is from a third party
If the reservation comes from a third party, the guest is not eligible to sign up for BWR. The enrollment will not go through.
Any third-party email like @guest.book.com or @expedia.com will cause the enrollment to fail because they're recognized as 3rd party.

Some information is not complete or valid
Verify that all required information (like zip code) is valid when trying to lookup up the guest's BWR rewards.

It is the Guest Departure Date
If doing a lookup on the guest's departure date, it will error.
Once the departure date has arrived for the reservation, it is released from the CRS and is no longer valid.
A guest cannot be enrolled or assigned a BWR account to a reservation on its departure date.

The issue is with the BWR Profile itself on the BW side
There could be an issue on the BWR Member Profile information that is being rejected when the system tries to place that information onto the reservation.

To verify, contact BW Marketing Support that there are no issues with that specific guest profile.
This department will NOT tell a Visual Matrix agent the guest information so it has to be the property on the line for this call.
