Cannot print from Visual Matrix


Visual Matrix does not have any specific settings for your printer. If for any reason, you cannot print anymore, please check the following.

Does it print outside of Visual Matrix - ie Notepad, word document, or from the internet?

If it works from anywhere else but not Visual Matrix, please open a ticket with our Client Experience team.
If it does not work from anywhere, including Visual Matrix, the issue does not come from Visual Matrix. It is an issue with your printer and/or network and this is not something the Product Support will be able to troubleshoot nor resolve.

Check your Windows Printers settings

As Visual Matrix does not have any printing setups, please make sure that the correct printer is set up as the "Default Printer" in your Windows "Printers and Scanners" section.
From the Windows search: Printers & Scanners.



If your printer is connected to your network

It might just be that the printer is no longer shared with the station you are currently working on.
Go to Printers & Scanners
Click on the Default printer > Manage
Click on Printer Properties
The second tab is Sharing
Check the box Share this printer
You may need another working station to get the full sharing path.
