Update Room Status (Cloud) 🎥

Understanding the condition of guest rooms holds paramount importance. In the PMS, we facilitate these updates through a color-coded system, ensuring precise communication of room statuses among all hotel staff members. Room conditions can be modified either on an individual basis or collectively, streamlining the process for efficiency.

Path: Housekeeping > Room Status > Room Status

Reminder of color codes:

Green: The room is Clean and Inspected. | Yellow: The Room is Clean but needs to be Inspected. | Red: The Room is still Dirty and needs to be Cleaned.

Change the Cleaning Status for one Room 

Just double-click on a room number to change its condition. The condition will go as follows: On Change > Clean > Clean & Inspected > On Change > Clean > Clean & Inspected > ...

Change the Cleaning Status for all the Rooms at Once

1. Click on the Status you want the new status to be for every room.

The rooms cannot be updated to "On Change" that way. If an error was made, then the status of each room has to be updated individually (see above).

2. Confirm by Yes or No the condition change.

3. All rooms are now in the new Condition.
