Create a Customized Task (MOP 2.0)

Create a Customized Task (MOP 2.0)

When creating a task in MOP—whether for Housekeeping, Maintenance, or Front Desk—users can select from a list of predefined task types. Some of these tasks include built-in checklists to guide employees during completion. If a predefined task does not fully meet your needs, you can create a customized task by using the Notes field to provide specific instructions.

When to Use a Customized Task

Use a customized task when:
  1. A standard task does not fully describe the work required
  2. Additional instructions are needed for the assignee
  3. A unique or one-time task needs to be communicated
  4. Special handling or attention is required
