Create a Reservation from the Wait List (Desktop)

Path: Front Office > Reservations > Wait List

1. The Status has to be Avail (Available).
2. Double click on the Guest and click ok to create the reservation.
3. Click ok to again to confirm the creation.
4. A new reservation window will open, complete it if needed and Save it.
The Wait List gives the possibility to keep track of any reservation request that cannot be fulfilled at the moment. The waitlist is not an automatic feature, it has to be checked regularly to see if an availability opened.
