Create New Housekeeping Supply Items (Desktop) 🎥

Supply Usage allows to track the use and the cost of every supply item that are used in each room.
Path: Housekeeping > Setup > Supply Usage

1. Double-click in the last empty line of the list.



2. Use this line to enter an item code, description and the cost by unit for this item.


An item can only be deleted the same day of its creation. Once the audit has been run, it cannot be deleted anymore.
It can although be renamed, but this would not be advise to avoid confusion between the old and the new item on the Supply Usage Analysis Report.
