Credit Card Error "serv not allowed" (PMS)


"Serv not allowed" does not mean "Server not allowed" but "Service not allowed". It is not a technical issue, but really a transactional issue.
This is a common decline message for transactions that are blocked by the bank that issued the card. For this decline, the customer must call the number on the back of the card and ask the bank why they are declining the transaction.
