Deep Clean Task List Report (MOP 2.0)
The Deep Clean Task List gives statistical data of all deep cleans done in rooms and common areas. The report is available in PDF or Excel.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Deep Clean Task List
1. and 2. Data documented for Guest Rooms and has the room number referenced
3. and 4. Data documented for Common Areas and has the location of the common area referenced
5. View Forms allows you to see the actual Checklist used for the Deep Clean task
The Excel file provides a task ID (auto-created), room type (number of beds in the room), maintenance pm ( was it scheduled under pm format), and the corporate ID (assigned at the time the hotel was set up in MOP)
