Duetto Mandatory Setups (Cloud)


To ensure smooth operation and compatibility between Duetto and Visual Matrix, two setups must be followed: Rate Levels and Minimum Night Stay settings.

Rate Level
The Rate Level must be disabled, and an audit must be conducted between disabling the rate level and installing Duetto. Certain routines run during the audit after rate levels are disabled, so it is essential for the audit to take place.
Path: Management > Rates > Discount > Setup > Rate Levels



Minimum Night Stay
The Minimum Night Stay by room type must be enabled. If it is not activated, any restriction that is implemented will fail and will NOT apply to all room types and all rate plans.
