Elavon Error: 158 = E2E_Switch_Line_Down
This message is not something Visual Matrix can resolve. Please contact Elavon Support ((866) 265-6225).
This Elavon error will appear in place of the pin pad asking for the card to be entered.
This message means that Elavon is in the process of a "Brown Out" on your property and the only way to correct this error with the pin pads is to contact Elavon directly and explain that your pin pad software needs to be updated and configured for your "Brown Outs".
"Brown Outs" is the keyword to use when calling Elavon Support.
Once the update completed, you should no longer encounter this issues.
