Message "Cannot Change to a NON Two Way Room type!" (BW)


Best Western requires all your room types to be in sync with Member Web. Meaning all your room types that are in Visual Matrix should be in Member Web, and vice-versa. If you see this message in Visual Matrix, you are trying to assign to an already sync reservation a room type that is not recognized in Member Web. That will not work.
If a room type is in Visual Matrix, active and in use, but not in Member Web, you need to contact EDS to have this room type created.
If a room type is in Member Web, active and in use, but not in Visual Matrix, you need to contact the Client Experience team as soon as possible to have the room mapped and avoid any issue in your availability as well as your reservations. Make sure that the room type to map with is already created in Visual Matrix.
If a room type needs to be taken out of Member Web, you need to contact EDS.
If a room type needs to be unmapped from Visual Matrix, you need to contact Visual Matrix Client Experience. They will first make sure the room type is not in Member Web anymore.
