FAQ - Management / Accounting Settings

What is the 7T Code in the folio after check-in?
The 7T code is used by Visual Matrix to transfer an Advance Deposit from the Advance Deposit City Ledger Balance to the Guest Folio on the Guest Ledger Balance. This code cannot be voided, and incorrect use may impact the Guest Ledger balance. The only way to reverse a 7T entry is by posting a matching counterbalance.
Why am I unable to create a City Ledger Accounting Code?
The option to create a City Ledger Accounting Code has been intentionally disabled to prevent discrepancies in reports associated with the City Ledger. If you attempt to create one, the system will not allow it to be saved.
