To resolve this, ensure that the secondary drive is correctly set up by checking Accounting > Night Audit > Default Settings. The primary backup is stored on the main drive at C:\ImageTech\VisualMatrix\Shared\Backup, while the secondary backup should be directed to an external drive. If the problem persists, verify the connection and recognition of the external drive.
