When creating a group, every field is essential, including the allocation drop type and date. Allocation drop signifies that on the specified setup date, any unclaimed allocations will be released and returned to the general inventory.

There are two types of allocation drop options:
- Standard (Specific Date): All non-picked-up allocations will be released on a specific date.
- Rolling (Days from audit date): Non-picked-up allocations are released gradually, X days before the selected audit date. For example, if the group stays for 5 days and you choose "5 days before audit," allocations for the first day will be released 5 days before arrival. However, allocations for the subsequent days will remain until their respective drop dates. This process continues for each day of the group's stay.
