Check Group Modification (Mod) Log (Cloud) 🎥
The modification log records all modifications made to a reservation, including the date and time of the change and the person responsible for initiating the modification.
Path: Front Office > Group > Search > Open the Group > Mod Detail (toolbox on the right side)
This will show the modifications made to the group reservation: the date and time of the action, the user who did the action, what was done, and the old and new value of what was modified. If it is a creation, then the "old" field will be empty.
Modifications initiated as a result of another modification will not be recorded in the modification log. For instance, if a rate change is prompted by a room type change, only the room type change will be documented in the log.
