Housekeeping Room Assignment Report (Desktop) 🎥
The Room Assignment Report is a report that is given to each housekeeper in duty that day that will show every room they have to clean. The report generates an assignment list per housekeeper
Path: Housekeeping > Room Assign > Assignment report.
1. Narrow down the report using the optional available filters (from left to right):
- by choosing for to print the report for a specific housekeeper or for All.
- by selecting the desired date, you can print the report for that specific day. This allows you to generate reports for previous days to review room assignments and their corresponding housekeepers.
2. Click Refresh.
- Room number.
- Room type.
- The name of the housekeeper assigned to clean the room.
- Status of the room: checked-out, stay over or due out.
- Special Instructions consist of two lines: the first displays any instructions entered in Housekeeping > Room Assign > Maid Instructions, while the second line presents housekeeping comments from the reservation.
- Type of cleaning service require for the room: change or make.
- Number of adults and children staying or who last stayed in the room.
- Arrival date of the guest in-house or just checked out.
- Departure date of the guest in-house or just checked out.
- If a wake-up call is setup for the room, it will display here.
- If any extra have been added to the reservation, they will show here.
