Get Competitor Data in Revenue Management Live!
To get the competitor import, contact our Sales department at sales@visualmatrix.com.
The data comes from Lighthouse (ex OTA Insight) but you do not need an account with them. The fee includes opening the account and the configuration in Visual Matrix.
Path: Revenue Management LIVE! > Manual Enhanced > Setup
Once our team has activated the account they will then enter your Subscription ID which is provided after the property signs up with Lighthouse (formally OTA Insight).
If you already subscribe to this service through your brand, it won’t be usable in Visual Matrix, as brands typically restrict those accounts for use exclusively within their own systems.
