To get the competitor import, contact our Sales department at sales@visualmatrix.com.

The data comes from OTA Insight but you do not need an account with them. The fee includes opening the account and the configuration in Visual Matrix.

If you are a Best Western, the OTA insight account you already have cannot be used for this. Best Western only allows that account to be used for their BW systems.
