Step1: Contact our Sales Department

If any of your information changes, promptly update the Sales Department. Doing so will help prevent any communication disruptions.
Step2: Obtain a new VAR Sheet
What is a VAR Sheet?
VAR stands for Value Added Reseller. A VAR Sheet contains critical details about your merchant account. This document is required to set up your payment gateway.
The VAR information allows your gateway to communicate seamlessly with Qualpay, ensuring your payment system operates correctly.
