Complete an Ownership change with Visual Matrix

You've recently obtained ownership of a new hotel, the next important step is to notify Visual Matrix and ensure that all credit card transactions are directed to your bank account rather than the previous owner's.

Step1: Contact our Accounting Department

Contact: Accounting@visualmatrix.com
They are the trigger for what will be to come. They will send you a document to complete.
If any information comes to change, make sure you update our Accounting Department on time to avoid any communication disruption.

Step2: Make sure you have a new VAR Sheet

VAR = Value Added Reseller
A VAR Sheet is a document containing important information about your Merchant account which is used in setting up your payment gateway. The VAR information allows communication between the gateway and the Qualpay.
