Complete an Ownership change with Visual Matrix


You just acquired a new hotel and you need now to inform Visual Matrix and make sure that all credit card batches will go to your bank account and not the previous owner's one.

Step1: Contact our Accounting Department

Contact: Accounting@visualmatrix.com
They are the trigger for what will be to come. They will send you a document to complete.
If any information comes to change, make sure you update our Accounting Department on time to avoid any communication disruption.

Step2: Make sure you have a new VAR Sheet

VAR = Value Added Reseller
A VAR Sheet is a document containing important information about your Merchant account which is used in setting up your payment gateway. The VAR information allows communication between the gateway and the Qualpay.
