Complete an Ownership change with Visual Matrix

After acquiring a new hotel, one of the most important steps is to notify Visual Matrix. This ensures that all credit card transactions are routed to your bank account instead of the previous owner’s.

Step1: Contact our Sales Department

Our Sales Department is the starting point for this process. Once contacted, they will provide you with a document to complete.
Notes
If any of your information changes, promptly update the Sales Department. Doing so will help prevent any communication disruptions.

Step2: Obtain a new VAR Sheet

What is a VAR Sheet?
VAR stands for Value Added Reseller. A VAR Sheet contains critical details about your merchant account. This document is required to set up your payment gateway.
