Enroll a Guest in BWR (BW) (Cloud)

To enroll a new guest in the BWR program, the guest must be part of a saved reservation with a status of HLD (Hold), GTD (Guaranteed), or IN (Checked-In). If you're creating a new reservation, save or check it in first and then return to it. Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out, including Last Name, First Name, Address 1, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone, and Email.
Path: Front Office > Reservations > Search

1. Click the BWR button in the BWR/Tier field to open the BWR Lookup window.
2. Navigate to the Email tab and perform a search to check if the guest already has a BWR account. If no results are found, perform a search using the Name/City tab.
3. If there are no results, a pop-up window will appear, asking if you want to enroll the new guest. Click OK to proceed.

5. The Employee BW ID has to be entered in this section to receive credit for the enrollment.
6. Click Next when completed.



7. Name - Enter the guest's name.
8. Click Next when completed.



9. Opt-In - Select if the guest accepts to receive Texts and/or Emails from Best Western or not.
10. Click Next when completed.



11. Reward By - Click on Points if the guest has a membership with another program recognized by Best Western. Click on Miles if the guest has a membership with an Airline Company.
12. Click Save to confirm the new Membership and the creation of the Welcome Letter.
