Get a List of Guests with a Specific Profile Type (Do Not Rent (DNR), VIP, ...) (Cloud)

To find a list of all the Guest with a specific Profile Type (Do Not Rent (DNR) or VIP):
Path: Sales & Marketing > Marketing > Guest

1. In the Guest Type field, choose the profile you are looking for, like Do Not Rent or VIP.



2. Click Process.



First, it will show you a limited screenshot of the list.
3. Click export to access more information on each guest.



4. Select the format for the export and enter a name for the file.



5. Click OK.



6. Click YES to merge any duplicates
