Restart the Device Server (Desktop)


Most of the time, the best solution to a problem is to restart everything. You can restart the computer itself, but you can start from the Server computer to restart Visual Matrix Device Server.
This process can be used when you have a message like "Device Server not Responding" or if you encounter any issue with an interface like your 2way being down/offline.

Click on Support on the Login Page.
Enter your Visual Matrix Username and Password and click OK.
Click on Restart Devices.
Then click Close once done.
