Log a Maintenance Request from an Open Task (MOP)
MOP allows employees to quickly report maintenance issues directly from an open task. This feature helps staff notify the Maintenance team about problems discovered during room cleaning, inspections, or other operational tasks without leaving the current task screen. Examples may include:
- Broken equipment
- Plumbing issues
- Electrical problems
- Damaged furniture
- HVAC concerns
Submitting maintenance requests directly from an open task improves communication, response times, and operational tracking.
