View Early Check Outs Loss of Business Report (Desktop) 🎥

Check Outs Loss of Business allows you to view any guests who have checked out early.
Path: Front Office > Supervisor > Loss Of Business

1. Click on Early Check-Out (C/O).



2. Enter a date range or select the dates from the calendar. Obviously, the end date cannot be later than the current audit date.



3. Click Refresh to populate the result or Print.



4. View the Results. Every result will include the reason for checking out early, the room number and the guest phone number.
