Maintenance Report (MOP)


The Maintenance report provides various statistical data in areas related to the maintenance of guest rooms and public/common areas of the hotel.
Path: Reports > Select Weekly or Monthly > Maintenance Report

Monthly Number of Work Orders by Day
1. Number of work orders per day
2. Day of the selected report period (weekly or monthly)



Average Resolution Time in Hours by Day
1. Resolution time by hours
2. Day of the selected report period (weekly or monthly)



Items by Level
1. Pie Chart reflecting the level of the work orders written
2. Count of work orders per level



Guest Reported vs Staff Reported
1. Pie Chart reflecting the work order reported by Guests vs the Staff
2. Work order totals for the period, broken down in amount and percentages



Per Item Average
1. Average hours spent per work order (note: the time calculations begin when the work order was submitted)
2. Average hours for the period broken down per level 



Work Orders - Issues Count by Week
1. Pie Chart reflecting work orders by week
2. Total work orders per week for the period



Rooms Rented with Issues
1. Pie Chart reflecting rooms rented with maintenance issues
2. Total rooms rented, per level for the period



Work Orders - Weekly Distribution by Type
1. Color Codes of weeks
2. Types of work orders per week for the period with totals



Work Orders Reported
1. Color Codes of weeks
2. Names of team members who created work orders and including their total submissions



Weekly Count of Issues by Type
1. Duty or Issue (type of work order) per week
2. Total types of work orders per week and the totals for the period



Maintenance Items per Room
1. Room numbers and varying levels of work orders
2. Totals per level, per week, and totals for the period



Rooms Rented with Maintenance Issues - Number of Days
1. Overall roll-up of statistical data about rooms rented with unfinished, maintenance work orders 
2. Totals roll-up for period



Maintenance Issues - Complete Data Grid
1. Overall statistical roll-up of maintenance work orders
2. Average hours for all work orders
3. Notation for average time calculations does not include work orders not verified
