Mgmt Security Log Report (Cloud)

The Security Log Report displays details of logins, including IP addresses and login usernames, as well as individuals who viewed or revealed credit card numbers and those who made modifications in the credit card interface.Path: Management > User Settings > Security Log Report

1. Click on Security Log Report.



2. This report has four search options  :
- All: will give you all the reports below.
- Credit Card Views: will give you the list, date, and time, of anyone that viewed credit card numbers in any reservations and which credit card was viewed.
- Credit Card Setup: will give you the list, date, and time, of modifications that were done in the Credit Card interface.
- User Access: will give you the list, date, and time, of anyone that logged into your Cloud and from which IP using which Login/Username.
- Remote Support: this is not activated anymore. When our support connects to your Cloud, you can see it in the User Access, along with the email of the technician and their IP.
- Backups: this is only for the Desktop version.



3. Choose a time frame. By default, the from/to will be the current audit date.



4. Click Refresh.
