Merchant Link/Transaction Link Gateway Settings (PMS)


Path: Management > Interfaces > All Interfaces > Merchant Link/Transaction.

1. Merchant Link uses 2 URL and 2 Ports:
- one primary: tv1.merchantlink.com - Port 9284
- one secondary: tv2.merchantlink.com - Port 9285

Only if you have EMV processing:
2. Transaction Link URL: https://XXXXX.poslynx.com. The "Xs" will be your poslynx/TL device ID. If you are not sure, call Merchant Link.
Info
The processing goes through a box called the Transaction Link device. This device may need sometimes to be rebooted.
3. Client Mac. Transaction link pinpads do not communicate by IPs but with a Client Mac. Only Merchant Link knows the correct number.
Notes
Merchantlink/Shift4 Support: (301) 562-5001. Make sure you confirm them you are running Merchant Link or Transaction Link, and not the Shift4 interface.
